Today's Smart money activities: FOREIGN BUYING: Php 2,413,585,590.88  FOREIGN SELLING: Php 2,364,024,572.02  NET FOREIGN BUYING/(SELLING): Php 49,561,018.86  TOTAL FOREIGN: Php 4,777,610,162.90  This is my take and possibilities of the market. Weekly Chart Daily Chart we could still have a brighter side  My take on High flyer Stocks. If you have these stocks,  You need to watch those resistance, and volume  if there's a real breakout. TALKING ABOUT CUTTING LOSSES

This is my old post in TRADERS EMPIRE. A good thread wherein a lot shared what  they've felt, gone through and how they'd deal with it. I hope this will help a lot of investors, traders. For them to know that they are not alone who experienced it.  Mastering the art of cutting losses is a real pain, quite emotional, anger, blame, trust issue, loosing confidence, mix emotions. Yes, the struggle is real especially when you're seeing your hard earned money slowly drifting away, then sooner will just be gone in the wind.  It is like me saying before these words; "What the hell, did I entered stock market to throw money?" "Am I waking up earlier in 3/4:00 am just to be a looser and loss my hard earned cash?" Because I'm an ofw with a 5 hours difference in summer and 6 hours when the time is wounded by DST. What to do, the agony is real and an excruciating pain is troubling my heart and my head. Oh well allow me to share you this, it's really worth sharing and a good read. Besides this is a real story not just a story you read in any books. As said it is much wiser to learn to other mistakes, less painful too.

THE TENDER OFFER- $ALT Posted: 17 Sep 2016 01:08 PM PDT Sa dami ng lumalabas sa PSE edge na news about Tender offer. The thing is marami ang hindi nakakaintindi nito. And lately is marami ako natatanggap na PM kung ano ba meaning ng Tender Offer.  So let's talk about Tender Offer. WHAT IS TENDER OFFER? - A Tender Offer is an offer to purchase some or all of shareholders shares in a corporation. The price offered is usually at a premium to the market price. http://www.investopedia.com/terms/t/tenderoffer.asp *at a premium- simply means pagbenta ng asset or shares na mas mataas sa value or original price. Example binili mo P10 ibenta mo P15, tawag dyan at sold at a premium price. *hostile takeover- Hostile means, showing or feeling opposition or dislike, unfriendly. Its like saying I want to takeover or have a control whether you like it or not. So himayin natin si tender offer. Paano ginagawa at paano nangyayari, examples;  *Si Company gusto magbuy back ng outstanding shares nila at magkaron ng shares pa. So magiisue sila ng announcement about a tender offer. Kung si stock mo is trading sa market at P3 at ang tender offer is P3.50, diba mapapabili ka ng madaming shares. Kasi mas mababa ang trading price sa market kaysa sa inaalok ng company, pangita yun. At maaring si shareholder/stockholder is kagatin yung tender offer na yun na ibenta sa tender offer na P3.50. *Isa pang example, if meron private company or investors na gustong bumili ng shares sa publicly traded stocks. Pwede sila gumawa ng hostile takeover moves. Sabi ni investopedia pwede daw ito kahit without consent of BOD."A privately or publicly traded company executes a tender offer directly to shareholders without the Board of directors (BOD) consent, resulting in a hostile takeover. Like yun balita ngayon, matunog yung sa $ALT at sobra daming nagtatanong. Kasi ganito ang nangyari naman dun, ang tender offer nila is P1.74 ang nagoffer nyan is si Genomics Inc./Philab. Pero ang trading price sa market ni $ALT is P3.20.  Ano ba yan binarat naman, instead na at the premium ang magiging offer at bentahan, binarat nila ang stock. So ano kaya reason nun, bakit gusto nila magkaron ng shares pero sa mas mababang price nila gustong bumili.  So anyare, nagkaron ng massive panic sa mga stock holders. Iniisip nila na "Ano mangyayari magiging P1.74 ba si $ALT?" Kaya ayun nagkaron ng gap down. So nagbasa po ako sa PSE Edge kaya nalaman ko yun tungkol sa Genomics Inc. URC Buys Australia Snack Brand

URC has dropped more than 10% since claims of LEAD in some of its drink product in Vietnam. LATEST NEWS Aug 17 Philippine snacks and beverage manufacturer Universal Robina Corp said on Wednesday it is buying the maker of Snack Brands Australia (SBA) for A$600 million ($460.86 million), expanding its portfolio in the Oceania region. URC chart shows four red volumes  followed by a green volume worth 4.2 M.  Will URC bounce  or it will fall near  0.5(174) FIBO.  Intraday chart is still sideways with a volume breakout near the end. EARNINGS In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange on Friday, the company said its net income went up to P12.2 billion from P9.6 billion year-on-year driven by unrealized foreign exchange gains on its New Zealand business and moderate growth across its segments, but was weighed down by the business in Vietnam. Net sales increased by 4.2 percent to P85.37 billion, mainly driven by branded food products in the Philippines, Indonesia, Griffin's, and renewables.

Current Resistance is 6.32 Second resistance of 6.71 Support at 5.55 Philippines-based Bloomberry Resorts Corp, owner and operator of the Solaire Resort and Casino (pictured) in Manila, reported a profit of approximately PHP1.33 billion (US$28.5 million) in its unaudited results for the three months to June 30, compared to a loss of PHP773.5 million in the prior-year period. The company said it had basic and diluted earnings of PHP0.122 per share for the quarter, compared to a loss per share of PHP0.070 in the prior-year period. Gaming revenue for the second quarter rose 42.6 percent, to just over PHP7.81 billion, compared to nearly PHP5.48 billion in the same quarter of 2015. It accounted for 93.4 percent of the firm's total revenue in the three months to June 30, at PHP8.37 billion. Operating costs and expenses fell slightly year-on-year in the quarter, by 1.8 percent, to just over PHP5.51 billion, versus PHP5.61 billion in the April to June period last year.

ICTSI a subsidiary of Meralco will revive the container rail service form Manila to Calamba in the span of two years for P10 Billion Pesos.  "When this is operational, the number of trucks [hauling 40-foot containers] that you see on the road today, will be reduced by a minimum of 200 trucks per day to as many as 600 trucks per day... That's going to provide a very significant benefit to our road system," he said.  Support 1 63 Support 2 61 Resistance 1 65 Resistance 2 67 ICTSI is currently near support -accumulate near support and set cutloss once break. Support 1 - 320 Support 2 -307 Resistance 1 - 326 Resistance 2 - 347 Meralco is currently near resistance, once breaken that will be your new support.

SSI- Cup and handle Formation

SSI forming a CUP and Handle Formation --- 3.20 support did not break--successive two green candles--next FIBO resistance  is near 3.40. Will SSI return near 5.60? Day two of the Ghost month--- it seems the market is still Bullish-- will it come? For me , Im just buying and adding to my favorite growth stocks. Added MRSGI last week and im already UP 6% . This will be my new favorite growth stocks besides MPI. Im bullish with INFRA and AGRI stocks but try to BODEGA steel-- support is already there!!

VITA Posted: 07 Jul 2016 07:30 AM PDT Still bullish on the Intraday chart Vita must break above 1.13. RSI at 74, expect pullback at RSI 82 above. Vitarich has just recently expand their business in Mindanao last June 8. One of the company's big project now is its P250-million poultry feed mill within the four-hectare compound of Vitarich in Panacan. The facility, once constructed is seen as the pioneer poultry feed mill with Halal certification and standards. The feed mill is targeted to be operational by the third quarter of 2017.
